Raised in Georgia by a builder and land developer, Chapman received her first real estate license at the age of 18.  After college, at 21, Chapman launched her career in Sacramento, California where for 7 years she was known for her “can do” attitude and the enthusiasm to deliver for her clientele as well assembling and empowering a high functioning team of new home sales professionals.

 

 In 1989, Chapman returned to Georgia where she successfully opened her own brokerage, opened over 100 new home single family and multi-family community in sales or sales management functions.  Recognized by the Construction Quarterly -  "Terry Driggers is fortunate in his choice of his Marketing Director.
