Latisha D. Bynum has practiced Real Estate since 2006 when she relocated to Atlanta from Los Angeles, California. She worked in the field of Health care for 20yrs, followed by working as Secretary for the Los Angeles Department of Health Services. She Graduated High School in 1987 from El Camino High School in Woodland California and attended Los Angeles Southwest College for Nursing and ICT (Institute of Computer Technology) Administrative Assistant. Latisha has worked with monitoring client files; follow up calls for patient for appointments, and tracked immunizations for infants and Hepatitis B patients. Working in Health Care has helped her to care for the wellbeing of people, which has given her the urge to help other to obtain the American Dream.

There is nothing more Latisha enjoys doing then giving others something that they feel is.  In 2005 she decided to receive a Notary for state of California which it helped her transition into the real estate field in 2006.  From 2001 to 2005 Latisha worked with several Mortgage Companies as a loan processor and Broker Assistant which gave her the understanding of the Real Estate market.  In 2004 Latisha started her on Loan Processing business, which she worked with loan officers who needed assistant with processing their mortgage loans, which kept her in communication with Lenders (Banks).
 
Latisha Bynum Grow up in South Central Los Angeles, Born in Brooklyn New York. She has 2 kids, a daughter 19 and son 24, and as a single parent started a new life in our beautiful city of Atlanta.  Latisha has always felt Atlanta is a beautiful place to raise kids and have comfortable life. Real Estate was on the rise in 2004 and 2005 she decided to move start her career in Real Estate. Working with 2nd Chances Homes 2008 after the market crash, It gave her a better understanding of the Atlanta Communities and geography areas. 2nd Chance Homes gave her  understanding of the large growing communities for Investor and Families.
 
Latisha has a history of working with investors on the Atlanta BeltLine, Fort McPherson (Oakland City, Adair Park, Grant Park, Vine City, Little Five Points , Kirkwood/Edgewood). She has also helped numerous families looking to move in communities like Pricenton Lakes, Falls of Cascades, Summit of Sandtown, Wolf Lake, Walden Park, Union Crossing and other major areas in proximity of Downtown Atlanta, Atlanta Hart-Fort Jackson Airport. Latisha’s client base has been a healthy mix of 50% buyers and 50% renters, Latisha strives on assisting buyers obtain the American Dream that Atlanta has to offer. She believes that you must Dream it to Obtain it….the American Dream. Latisha works hard for her clients, she is pleasant, enthusiastic, and organized. She thrives on working with buyers, because it gives her the urgency to help them obtain the American Dream. She is proud of taking extra steps with helping unqualified buyers to set goals to qualify, credit repair, saving money and what are the necessary steps when comes to purchasing a home.
